
Kate Weldon LeBlanc, MPA

Kate Weldon LeBlanc, MPA, is the past Executive Director of AllPaths Family Building, formerly named Resolve New England. She led AllPaths from 2015 and has supported PCOS Challenge’s state and federal advocacy efforts. At the state level, under her leadership, AllPaths partnered with PCOS Challenge on Massachusetts legislation designating September as PCOS Awareness Month. She also spoke at the PCOS briefing for the Massachusetts Legislature and testified before the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight in support of the bill. At the federal level, she has served as a Massachusetts state leader for PCOS Advocacy Day, meeting with congressional offices to advance national PCOS priorities. Before joining AllPaths, Kate worked for the Center for Early Relationship Support of JF&CS, in the Child Advocacy and Government Relations departments at Boston Children’s Hospital, and in the Massachusetts Legislature. She holds a BSW from Skidmore College and an MPA
