Adolescent Program: Innovation Lab

Riya Dondapati is Co-Course Director of the Adolescent Innovation Lab for PCOS/PMOS Awareness Symposium 2026 – Boston. She is a PCOS Challenge intern and student at Case Western Reserve University. Her PCOS-focused work includes a STEM capstone examining what health model the United States could implement to better serve patients with PCOS and PCOSync, a wearable ring she designed to track key biometrics for PCOS, which earned her recognition as a Conrad Innovator. She also developed a Gen Z-focused PCOS resource designed to help young people recognize symptoms and seek help earlier.

Riya’s experience also includes healthcare volunteering, clinical shadowing, STEM education and student leadership. She has held leadership roles in speech, Business Professionals of America and STEMQuest NFP.
