
Nnenna S. Ezeh, MD, MPH

Nnenna S. Ezeh, MD, MPH, is a dermatologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She serves as a Director of the Connective Tissue Disorders Clinic and the Skin of Color Clinic. She is also the Associate Director of Health Policy and Advocacy for the Department of Dermatology. Her clinical areas of expertise are cutaneous lupus and hidradenitis suppurativa. She manages dermatologic manifestations of PCOS/PMOS, including alopecia, hirsutism, acne and acne-associated dyspigmentation through both medical and procedural interventions. She hopes to improve outcomes for patients with complex dermatologic and social needs through clinical, community and policy-based interventions. Her research centers on better understanding the social exposome of lupus and hidradenitis suppurativa, especially gene-environmental-hormone interactions to better target interventions.
She received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, earning distinctions in Public Health and Research. She completed dual residencies in internal medicine and dermatology at Harvard, serving as Chief Resident for the combined program in her final year. She earned a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health while completing the Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Health Policy Leadership.
