Tia Gupta is Co-Course Director of the Adolescent Innovation Lab for PCOS/PMOS Awareness Symposium 2026 – Boston. She is the Founder and Executive Director of H.E.R. Essentials, a menstrual equity nonprofit, and a Research Assistant at the RISE Emory CORAL Center. She is also a high school senior at Lambert High School in Suwanee, Georgia.
Tia is driven by a commitment to women’s health equity and elevating the adolescent voice in medicine and policy.
