Dr. Marline C. Duroseau, known as Dr. Mar, is a TEDx speaker, award-winning author, researcher, fertility advocate, and resilience strategist whose work bridges women’s health, infertility, leadership, and lived experience. A PCOS and infertility survivor, she spent 15 years navigating fertility treatments, pregnancy loss, and ultimately building her family through IVF.
Her doctoral research examined how infertility impacts women in leadership and led to the development of her Leader Morphology in the Labyrinth™ framework. Through speaking, research, writing, coaching, and advocacy, Dr. Mar brings greater awareness to the emotional, physical, and professional impact of infertility, PCOS, and reproductive health challenges while empowering women to advocate for themselves and navigate disruption with resilience.
