Ira Bagga is founder of BreakingTheCycle, a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness, empowering young people, and driving meaningful change around PCOS/PMOS and women’s health.
BreakingTheCycle was created to give young people a stronger voice in conversations that directly impact their health and futures. Through education, advocacy, social media campaigns, community events, and youth-led initiatives, we work to turn awareness into action.
