Skand Shekhar, MD, MHS, is an attending endocrinologist and faculty member at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He serves as Medical Director of the Section of Reproductive Health, Aging, and Metabolism within the Division of Endocrinology. A physician-scientist specializing in reproductive and neuroendocrinology, Dr. Shekhar studies how environmental, genetic and metabolic factors influence reproductive endocrine health. His research includes polycystic ovary syndrome and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve PCOS diagnosis and care.
