Goals of the Study
With your help, we hope to identify the gaps in patient education about pregnancy and maternal and child health with the goal to improve patient awareness and counseling.

Eligibility Criteria
You may participate if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have been diagnosed with PCOS or think you have PCOS
- Have attempted pregnancy, had a pregnancy, are currently pregnant, or have not been
successful in achieving pregnancy
Location
This is an online survey. There will be no in-person visits or clinic appointments.
