For seventeen years, PCOS Challenge has worked to close gaps and elevate care for people with polycystic ovary syndrome. Our 2025 Impact Report highlights the work and accomplishments of PCOS Challenge and our community across our six major program areas: Awareness, Support and Empowerment, Education, Health Policy and Legislative Advocacy, Access to Care, and Research. Thanks to you and the support of the community, here is what we accomplished together in 2025:

AWARENESS

  • Rang the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange
  • Engaged over 1,000 partners for PCOS Awareness Month
  • Reached up to 66 million people through media coverage

POLICY AND ADVOCACY

  • Led the reestablishment of the Bipartisan Congressional PCOS Caucus
  • U.S. Senate passed the PCOS Awareness Month Resolution by unanimous consent
  • Advanced PCOS Awareness Month legislation in Massachusetts
PCOS Challenge Impact Report

RESEARCH

  • Completed new research on the economic burden of PCOS
  • Contributed to the WHO’s first-ever global infertility guideline
  • Supported recruitment for clinical trials advancing new treatments

EDUCATION AND SUPPORT

  • Partnered with the Androgen Excess and PCOS Society for the PCOS Awareness Symposium in Texas
  • Recognized in the top 6% globally for mentorship excellence
  • Supported nearly 60,000 members through our Online Support Network
