Congressman Debbie Wasserman Schultz represents the people of Florida’s 23rd district. She is Co-Chair of the Bipartisan Congressional PCOS Caucus and is an original cosponsor of the 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 resolutions in the U.S. House of Representatives recognizing the seriousness of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and expressing support for the designation of the month of September as “PCOS Awareness Month.”
Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz currently serves as a Cardinal on the Appropriations Committee and has demonstrated her ability to pass meaningful legislation in a bipartisan fashion. As Chief Deputy Whip of the Democratic Caucus, Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz has the unique ability to work with and help lead her colleagues in support of a progressive policy agenda.
