Lateshia Pearson is a PCOS advocate and television personality on the Oprah Winfrey Network television series, Belle Collective.
Lateshia is the founder and CEO of National Women’s Brunch Organization, Inc., a nonprofit, and Women Brunch Mississippi, which are organizations created to generate opportunities for women entrepreneurs to come together, brunch, support, network, discuss issues, and chart courses for change. National Women’s Brunch Organization is also a platform for entrepreneurial training, workshops designed to expand self- worth, enhance knowledge relative to financial management and planning, and to educate and equip entrepreneurs for success. Lateshia is also the CEO of Lateshia Pearson Enterprise, which consists of several business endeavors. Lateshia is a proud recipient of the 2020 Top Entrepreneur of Year Award, and 2020 Top 50 under 40 Award–honored by the Mississippi Business Journal. Before stepping out on faith and devoting her time to becoming a fulltime entrepreneur, Lateshia worked as a Paralegal for eleven years. In addition to being a professional business owner, Lateshia is led by her unwavering faith in God. She is a wife, a mother and friend.
