When and where is the PCOS Awareness Symposium being held?
The PCOS Awareness Symposium is being held from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 25th at Convene CityView located at 30 S 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Registration opens at 9:15 am EDT.
REGISTRATION
Is there a registration fee for the PCOS Awareness Symposium?
Yes, there is a registration fee for the PCOS symposium:
- In-Person Patient/Supporter Sessions – $75 (includes lunch, refreshments, and snacks throughout the day)
- In-Person Healthcare Provider Sessions – $100 (included access to Healthcare Provider track and Certificate of Attendance, but not CME/CEU credits)
- In-Person Late/Day-of registration if available (Saturday, September 25th) – $100.00
- Virtual Sessions – $75 (includes access to the recordings of the virtual sessions for a minimum of 30 days after the event
Online registration for the PCOS symposium ends on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 11:59pm EDT.
Is the symposium registration fee refundable?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we cannot refund registration fees for any reason. We can however convert your registration to a tax-deductible donation and issue you a tax receipt. Please contact us, if you would like to convert your registration to a tax-deductible donation.
Do I need a physical ticket for the event?
No, just present your photo ID at the registration desk to check-in and receive your goody bag.

Why attend the PCOS Awareness Symposium?
The PCOS Awareness Symposium features world-leading experts on polycystic ovary syndrome and brings together clinicians, researchers, people with PCOS, and their supporters for a day of sharing experiences, insights, and the latest updates about the condition.
You will have an opportunity to learn the most current evidence-based approaches for PCOS diagnosis, treatment, and management from world-leading experts. The PCOS conference offers sessions for patients as well as sessions for healthcare providers.
Who can/should attend the PCOS Awareness Symposium?
All people with PCOS and their supporters as well as investigators, industry professionals, and healthcare providers who see people with PCOS are encouraged to attend the PCOS Awareness Symposium.
Are CME/CEUs available for this event for healthcare professionals?
For this event, we will not be offering continuing education credits. However, Certificates of Attendance will be available after the event upon request.
What is the PCOS Awareness Symposium like?
The highlight videos from our past events PCOS Awareness Symposia in Philadelphia and Atlanta will give you a great sense of the event and its impact on PCOS patients and healthcare professionals.
I attended the event last year. Will there be new information?
Yes, we have some amazing new speakers; updates on previous topics; interactive breakout sessions; and “meet and share” sessions where you will have an opportunity to share your experience and learn from others.
What should I bring and wear to the symposium?
All you need to bring is a photo ID for check-in and a pen and notepad or tablet for taking notes. We will also make copies of our speakers’ presentations available to attendees after the event.
Teal is the official color of PCOS Awareness. Please wear something the color teal (or as close to it as you have) in support of PCOS Awareness. We love having a sea of teal at our events! If you would like to purchase something, we have PCOS Awareness apparel available in our online store and at the event.

Do I need to be vaccinated or wear a mask to attend the in-person PCOS Awareness Symposium sessions?
If you are attending the in-person event, you must be fully vaccinated or you must properly wear a mask covering your mouth and nose for the entire event. You, and each person in your party if applicable, will also be required to sign and submit the PCOS Challenge COVID-19 Safety Statement and Attendee Waiver upon arrival at the venue as a confirmation of your intent and commitment to abide by the policies put in place to protect Symposium attendees and staff.
