
Colby Holtshouse

Colby Holtshouse is the CEO and President of May Health, a medical device startup committed to serving women struggling with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and PCOS-related infertility. Colby joined May Health in 2025 to lead the company through its pivotal clinical trial and commercial preparation. Previously, Colby served as the Global Medtech Commercial Lead at Organon LLC, where she had global responsibility for bringing the Jada System for postpartum hemorrhage to market. She joined Organon via the $240M acquisition of Alydia Health in 2021, where she was the Chief Operating Officer as well as Interim CEO. Colby previously served as Alydia’s VP Marketing, joining the company as the first commercial hire.
Prior to Alydia, Colby was the VP of Marketing and Business Development at Pelvalon, a women’s health startup which later exited to Laborie. Colby previously held roles in marketing, sales and finance at AccessClosure, Medtronic, and Guidant, and she began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
Colby serves as a board director for HealthifyMe, a private company that has developed a health and wellness platform used by ~30 million users primarily in India. She is also on the board of trustees of the Chewonki Foundation, a non-profit school, camp, and environmental education based in Wiscasset, Maine.
Colby has a B.A. in History from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
