When and where is the Clinical Advances in PCOS meeting being held?
The Clinical Advances in PCOS meeting is being held from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Grand Bohemian Hotel located at 325 S Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801. Check-In begins at 7:30 AM.
The PCOS meeting will be followed by the Rise to the Challenge Gala Orlando from 7:00 AM -10:PM at The Abbey located at 100 S Eola Drive, Orlando, FL 32801.

What is the registration fee for the Clinical Advances in PCOS meeting?
Registration Fee for the Clinical Advances in PCOS Meeting:
- Regular Registration – $75 (includes CME, breakfast, coffee and refreshments throughout the morning)
- Late/Day-of registration if available (Saturday, June 4th) – $100.00
Ticket Price for Rise to the Challenge Gala Orlando:
- Ticket Price – $150 (includes dinner, drink ticket, and entertainment and silent auction access)
- Late/Day-of registration if available (Saturday, June 4th) – $175.00
Discounted Ticket Price for Both Events:
- Meeting and Gala – $200 (includes dinner, drink ticket, and entertainment and silent auction access)
- Late/Day-of registration if available (Saturday, June 4th) – $250.00
Is the Clinical Advances in PCOS registration fee refundable?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we cannot refund registration fees for any reason. We can however convert your registration to a tax-deductible donation and issue you a tax receipt. Please contact us, if you would like to convert your registration to a tax-deductible donation.
Do I need a physical ticket for the event?
No, just present your photo ID at the registration desk to check in and receive your registration materials.

Healthcare providers who see people with PCOS including reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, nurse practitioners and registered nurses in infertility, as well as investigators and industry professionals are encouraged to attend the Clinical Advances in PCOS meeting.
Are CME/CEUs available for this event for healthcare professionals?
Yes, for this event, continuing education credits are provided by the UCF College of Medicine.

Do I need to be vaccinated or wear a mask to attend the Clinical Advances in PCOS meeting?
If you are attending the event, you must be fully vaccinated or you must properly wear a mask covering your mouth and nose for the entire event. You, and each person in your party if applicable, will also be required to sign and submit the PCOS Challenge COVID-19 Safety Statement and Attendee Waiver upon arrival at the venue as a confirmation of your intent and commitment to abide by the policies put in place to protect meeting attendees and staff.
