There is a huge health disparity when it comes to PCOS diagnosis, funding and support. 50% of women and girls with PCOS are going undiagnosed. Additionally, it often takes women several years and up to seven doctors before they can find someone who can help them with the condition. Despite being one of the most common human disorders and the serious health consequences, PCOS awareness and support organizations, receive less than 0.1% of the government, corporate, foundation, and community funding that other health conditions receive. Our vision is that PCOS is treated as a public health priority.

Our Mission

Raise public awareness about PCOS and help girls and women with the condition overcome their symptoms and reduce their risk for life-threatening related diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

PCOS Challenge Provides Support for
Women with PCOS Through:

National educational events such as the PCOS Awareness Symposium

PCOS Challenge Online Support Network – PCOSChallenge.com

PCOS Challenge television show

PCOS Challenge radio show

PCOS Challenge digital magazine

PCOS Challenge Nonprofit Organization Web Site – PCOSChallenge.org

PCOS Challenge Expert Series – PCOSChallenge.net

Local area support groups

Multi-week fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness challenges.

Androgen Excess and PCOS Society
Partners with PCOS Challenge

Watch this video on YouTube

PCOS Challenge
Television Series

Watch this video on YouTube

Because of individuals like you, we now touch the lives of tens-of-thousands of women with PCOS and their supporters each year through television and radio programming, a magazine publication, online and offline support groups, and education and awareness initiatives.
