{"id":562,"date":"2018-03-16T20:35:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-17T01:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcoschallenge.org\/pcos-advocacy-day\/?page_id=562"},"modified":"2025-02-11T14:23:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-11T19:23:02","slug":"registration-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pcoschallenge.org\/pcos-advocacy-day\/registration-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Registration Fee<\/strong> &#8211; $25<br \/>\nEach participant must register individually due to specific information needed per participant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline to Register<\/strong> &#8211; Friday, February 28, 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>PCOS Advocacy Day will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On Sunday, February 23rd and Tuesday, February 25th &#8211; PCOS Advocacy Training Session from 2:00-5:00pm EST.<\/li>\n<li>On Thursday, March 6th &#8211; A morning briefing and training session from 8:00-10am EST, followed by meetings with participants\u2019 members of Congress and staff. PCOS Advocacy Day will conclude with a reception and debrief from 4-5:30pm EST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scheduling<\/strong><br \/>\nAll PCOS Advocacy Day attendees are encouraged to attend as private citizens. Visits are being scheduled using addresses provided in the registration form, which should be your home voting address. We aim to schedule three meetings for each participant (two with each of your Senate offices and one with your Representative\u2019s office in the House). You will attend these meetings with other participants from your state and congressional district. Please note that PCOS Challenge cannot guarantee three meetings for all participants, especially those who register after Friday, February 21, 2025. <!--After, or in-between your meetings, you are free to visit other offices of your choosing to drop-off constituent letters and\/or PCOS Advocacy Day \u201cleave behind\u201d materials provided by PCOS Challenge.--><\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> Registering for PCOS Advocacy Day to meet with your legislators is a serious commitment. A great deal of work goes into scheduling the appointments. ONLY register if you know you can commit your full day on March 6, 2025. It is very important that you register as soon as possible so PCOS Challenge has adequate time to set up meetings with the offices of your members of Congress.
